The ecological balance, consisting of disposal, dressing and processing as well as the resources protection, positively affected the energy balance. By the recycling of the waste product "old food fat" that bio Diesel is substantially more pollution free produced, than the bio Diesel from Palm or Rape oil.

The NÖLI

Who does not know IT from us, our NÖLI. The NÖLI was brought for the collection by old food oil -and fat by the down-Austrian waste federations and the country Lower Austria into being. The NÖLI-system is very well accepted by the citizens, therefore becomes per year approx.. 1,7 million Kilo old food oil and fat collected.

Responsible for the still rising collecting tendency surely is the required exchange system of the waste federations. The NÖLI-bucket delivered with the collecting points is emptied, cleaned at the company Oelwert into Langenlois and given back as so-called "new" NÖLI-bucket into the exchange system. The collected old food oil and fat is prepared then and used as bio Diesel again. From a liter old food oil -and fat about a liter of bio Diesel (standard fuel in DIN quality) is developed.

Each liter food oil emptied into the drain or toilet causes subsequent consequences of 50 - 70 cent. Correctly collected in the NÖLI, it brings a Diesel car 20 kilometers far!
